Trisha Krishnan was born on 4th May of the year 1983 and so holds a sun sign Taurus astronomically. Trisha was born to Mr. Krishnan and Mrs. Uma Krishnamurthy in Palakkad which in Kerala state of India. Trisha belongs to the prominent Iyer family and has the beautiful smile on her face every time which has the caliber to mesmerize millions hearts at a time.

Trisha is a perfect ballad dancer at a very early age and became proficient in her teens. With her versatile acting skills and impeccable dancing talents, she is said to be one among the top actress of south Indian film industry

Trisha is almost 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs around 54 kilos and is perfectly shaped like a Barbie doll. She has light brown tinge in her eyes and so her pet name happens to be Honey which was named by her mother Uma.

Though Trisha belongs to Pallakad in Kerala, she pursued her school studies in Church Park, Chennai and passed out her school studies with 92% of marks over all. She used to be an active participant in cultural programs and used to take part in short dramas and other cultural activities. Tamilnadu Chief Minster Jayalalitha was also a student of the same school in which Trisha pursued her schooling.

Later on she enrolled herself into Ethiraj College for higher education and later on pursued BBA which stand s for bachelor in business arts. She later on desired to do her Master in business management, but could not succeed in doing so due to her film commitments.

Trisha Krishnan is a hard thinker and is a very sensitive person through heart and soul. She never takes things lightly and thinks big on small and petty issues. She loves to mingle with those who have a good sense of humor and likes to be with well mannered people. Trisha openly reveals that she hates back biting and so hates actress Nayantara for doing so.

Trisha Krishnan loves to swim, read and surf the internet when she is free. She loves eating chicken and brown rice which is a health fat proof diet. Trisha believes in god and also believes in supernatural things such as UFO’s, devils and Myths. She idolizes Aishwarya Rai, Claudia Schiffer, Madhu Sapre and Milind Solomon. Manisha Koirala, Amitabh Bachchan and Tom Hanks are her favorite stars.

Trisha’s modeling career

With her girl next door looks, Trisha has the capability to mesmerize the audience with her immense charm and so she started her film career with beauty contents. She was crowned as Miss Chennai in the year 1999 and then was awarded the Miss Beautiful Smile in the year 2001.

She then ventured into modeling field and then posed for Horlicks, Sun feast, Fanta, Coco-Cola, Limca advertisements. She then was signed as a brand ambassador for Kumaran Silks, Margo Soap and Perk Chocolates. Scooty Pep which is a two wheeler company signed Trisha for a three year contract with their company.

Recently, a year ago she is seen as a brand ambassador for Vivel soaps.

Trisha Krishnan in controversies

Trisha is well known to be a fair character lady in the film industry. But in the year 2004, she fetched a black remark on her character when a video clipping depicting her undressing and having a bath was leaked on the internet.

At first Trisha reacted by saying that this was a morphed video of her and was totally fake. But later on she admitted that this clipping was shot from a hidden camera of a luxury hotel which was given to her on a brief film shooting.

She was then linked with her co-stars Vijay and Telugu actor Prabhas. Trisha disagreed to these rumors and said that the rumors were baseless.

It was rumored that Trisha has found her love in the year 2006 and he is a businessman in Canada. But till date Trisha neither disagrees nor agrees to what ever is being reported by the media.

Trisha’s film career in brief

Trisha made her debut in the film Jodi which featured Simran in the lead. It was in the year 1999 and the movie had her in a sister role. This role was bagged her, when she finished off her assignment with Horlicks.

In the year 2002 Trisha made her acting debut as a heroine in the movie Leysa Leysa which was directed by Priyadarshan. The movie was a flop at the box office.

Then in the same year her next movie titled Mounam Pesiyadhe was released which won her a film fare award in the best debut actress category.

Then in the year 2003, Trisha made her debut in Telugu film industry with the film Varsham which was produced by MS Raju. She won a film fare for the best actress award.

Then the years passed and Trisha was tribute with a success streak frequently.
